This works! I started with Zealthy back in April and so far have lost 18 pounds! Thats with diet and exercise. They keep in contact with you and customer support is very helpful if you need anything. I would recommend them to everyone!

Horrible customer service. A month later I have been charged and I keep getting told it’s a backlog at the pharmacy. If that is the truth I just want a refund. Other reviews state it has taken up to 2 month to receive their product. It's very misleading, it states you will receive your product in 7-10 days, which is acceptable. I keep leaving messages with my “care team”…. I don't get a response. I have to email someone and then it seems to be a canned response of 'it should ship in 2-5 days'. I sent an email this morning and I’m waiting for someone to respond.

SCAMMERS!!! Customer service is terrible. You can tell them a hundred times you want to cancel and proceed with canceling. They will email you “are you sure?”, but “are you sure”, but “are you sure” so they can keep Charging monthly. Even if you say “ CANCEL, YES I AM SURE”. I asked for a refund of my monthly charge after canceling and now they don’t respond. Another issue is, they’ll say yes we can use your insurance. I have blue shield PPO. Then when I asked, did it work, they don’t respond. I asked multiple times. Then after I decided to cancel and report the lack of customer Service. they’re like, “ insurance will never approve GLPs”. Then why do you even bother asking for my insurance info. I’d give them a 0/5 if I could.

We do offer the option to cancel your membership at any time by going to your patient portal and selecting "my profile" then scrolling down to the bottom of the page to "manage membership". I have canceled the membership for you and refunded the recent fee of $135. I have emailed you the refund details. If there is anything else I can do to help, please reply to my email. Thank you!

Wrote a review that was answered twice by a member of Zealthys company, followed their instructions, and there has still been zero follow through. This company still attempts to charge me daily for over $1000 that I did not approve or consent to. I get an email every single day that the payment was unsuccessful. I had to change every account I had, and they still try to charge me every single day, even after it was acknowledged here as something needing correcting. Save yourself the trouble, and probably the $1,000’s of dollars with this scam of a company. Don’t use Zealthy.
