We do have a video we can send about how to administer that may be of help. We can also help set you up with a free appointment with your Zealthy provider to help answer any questions you may have. Hello Alexandra! I am so sorry to hear that our program is not going to work for you. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider, and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy and if requested your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee.
