Hello! I am truly sorry to hear that there was confusion about how our Weight Loss Program works. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. Hello Deborah! I am so sorry to hear that you are having side effects, but happy to hear that you are feeling the results of your order. While most individuals tolerate compounded medications well, it's not abnormal to see side effects. The most common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, and tiredness. These are normal, but let me know if these side effects are severe enough that we need to notify a provider. You should give your body time to adjust, but if your side effects persist, please let me know so that I can make sure it's escalated to your medical team.
