Total scam! Stay clear of this company. I wish I Would’ve read these reviews before falling for their $39 fee that I never received a credit for even though I cancelled the membership immediately. They’re are con artists.

Hello Paul! I am truly sorry to hear that our services are not going to work for you, and you have yet to hear back regarding your refund. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and a Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. This company is a nightmare. Support ignores messages, medications take forever to ship (or never do, in my case), and they have hidden fees. You're forced to give your credit card information before you're even approved for medication and cancelling is a pain. Avoid this company at all costs. No medication is worth the hassle. You'll only lose money dealing with this business.

Everything has been good and bad. Getting the product was good and I have been using Wegovy (which worked well for about 1 year then nothing) previous to this so included that RX in the documents so that I could start the Trizepatide at a higher dose, but have not heard back for 4 days on that, so I have not been able to start.
