Do not use them. They will do a bait and switch. Will give you a price for three months, but after you give them your credit card information, it goes to five months. I have had to contest charges that they put on my credit card, and I received no product or service. In my opinion, this company is a fraud.

Horrible to deal with. Credit card company flagged fraud and I approved but, they don’t allow you to use the same card. Matt is the representative that messaged me and after I provided the information about the issue he has refused to reply. Use them at your own risk. They responded to this and offered no solution. I cannot imagine purchasing anything from them and I’m out $29 because of their “policy”. Second response is a company creating more obstacles to hopefully make it look like they actually have some level of ethical standards. I have already emailed you and have no interest in fighting a losing battle. You stole $29 and I will continue to share that information to warn others of your unethical practices.

I haven’t lost any weight yet but I’ve only had two shots. I’m looking forward to losing weight.

UPDATE 9/2: CHARGED MY CARD EVEN THO MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL FROM YOU ANY CHANCE THEY CAN GET. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HEALTH NEEDS. UPDATE 7/30: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! HAD A "FREE MONTH" TO AVOID ME CANCELLING - SPECIFICALLY NOTED IN MY ACCOUNT AND YET STILL CHARGED. STILL NOT REPLACEMENT MEDS FOR THE EXPIRED MEDS EITHER. UPDATE 7/28: STILL NO MEDS AND STILL NOT GETTING ANYWHERE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SENT MEDICATION THAT EXPIRED AND STILL HAVEN'T SENT UNEXPIRED MEDS. Zealthy is a middle man. They work with a pharmacy called Revive. According to Zealthy, Revive is taking longer to send medication. Revive sent medication that #1 did not match the prescription provided by Zealthy and #2 didn't send enough to last the 12 weeks of shots. My bottled expired 7 weeks in. I still am being forced to pay the membership fee because if I don't, they halt all communication. Zealthy keeps blaming the pharmacy. I don't care who is at fault. I paid for 12 weeks of meds and no longer have any. To add to it - I had to pay an additional $135 membership fee that I wouldn't have paid because I would have cancelled. I submitted pictures on 6/16/25 and still haven't received my replacement medication - TO FINISH MY 12 WEEKS that I paid for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a scam! Their prices are misleading and significantly more than they advertise. They also charge your card hundreds of dollars even after you cancel - without consent. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. They are not BBB accredited for a reason. I now have to file a dispute and change my cc to protect myself. Buy from anyone else.

It has been a pain to get medication. I was charged on June 18 and now it is June 30 and it is still pending , currently out of meds. And I do 3 months at a time so I don’t have to deal with this headache every month. They say 3-5 days sure it’s try but they prescribing dr takes way too long . If they charge you for it should be already prescribed and shipped that day
