Hello Pam! I am truly sorry to hear that there was confusion on how our weight loss program works and that you have yet to receive help from our team. You do pay a monthly weight loss membership fee to be able to have access to a Provider and Weight Loss coach. As well as having us work with the pharmacy, and if requested, your insurance directly. If your insurance does not cover your prescription, then we can prescribe non-GLP medication, which comes free with your membership, or GLP medication that comes at a separate fee. For further help with your account, please feel free to email [email protected] with the Subject Line "TrustPilot-Lydia". I respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. I look forward to your email and working 1x1 with you. Thank you
