I AM NOT CHANGING MY POSITION ON ZEALTHY!!! My ordeal started on 6.27.25 when I unknowingly gave this FRAUDULENT BUSINESS my information, I had no idea paying $39 for access to medication that my Dr referred me to look into and naming Zealthy and a couple other GLP-1 providers was going to start a FINACIAL AVALANCE that I would be battling for 7 or 8 days. 6.27.25 started it all- My accounts were frozen by my bank for FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY with in minutes of paying that $39 ....My cards were shut off (still waiting for a new card ) and the BATTLE BEGAN - ZEALTHY IGNORED THE FACT THAT MY ACCOUNTS AND CARDS WERE SHUT DOWN AND CONTINUED TO TRY AND TAKE MORE MONEY FRAUDULENTLY....... 50 + EMAILS BACK AND FORTH WITH ZEALTHY S AI GENERATED REPLIES AND CONFIRMATIONS THAT MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED . BUT - contradicting emails would soon follow stating my refund was in review by ZEALTHY S membership customer support. I immediately went to every app/ company I had on my phone ( PAY PAL, KLARNA, VENMO , ECT....) and SHUT DOWN THOSE ACCOUNTS - WHY??? BECAUSE I HAD OTHER CARDS BESIDES THE ONE ZEALTHY WAS RELENTLESSY STILL TRYING TO GET FRAUDULENT FUNDS FROM ALSO ATTACHED TO THOSE APPS/ ACCOUNTS. YES!!! THIS IS A GIANT PAIN IN THE ASS - BUT COVER YOURS ! !!!!! Then I went to the BBB, FTC, CONSUMER AFFAIRS , ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MY STATE AND ANYONE ELSE I COULD SEND ZEALTHY TO FOR FRAUD. I have every email , text and several voice mails from ZEALTHY that I saved and was READY TO SEND TO THESE AGENCIES AND DID. DO NOT GIVE UP !!!! THAT IS WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO DO - YESTERDAY I GOT PIST NOT ANGRY - PIST- I went into those 50 + emails ZEALTHY had sent , their AI replies that occasionally had an ACTUAL PERSON ATTACHED TO AND I ONE BY ONE HIT REPLY AND SENT THIS - REQUESTING UPDATE ON MY $866 REFUND FROM ZEALTHY S FRAUDULENT DEBIT OF MY ACCOUNT ON 6.27.25 WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION OR COSENT IT IS STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT AS YOU WILL SEE ZEALTHY STATED WOULD BE REFUNDED - SEE EMAIL THIS IS ATTACHED TOO. I BELIEVE ZEALTHY S AI HAD A STROKE AS I KEPT REPLYING TO EVERY SINGLE EMAIL FROM ZEALTHY....with in an hour of BOMBING ZEALTHY WITH THIS EMAIL - 11 emails showed up from ZEALTHY stating a. REFUND WOULD BE PROCESSED...of course I was NOT BELIEVING THAT BUT...I got a notification on my phone from my bank that read - A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN REFERRENCE OF A REFUND... IT WAS ACTUALLY THE $866 THAT ZEALTHY TOOK FRAUDULENTLY ON 6.27.25. I IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO MY BANK TO MAKE SURE ZEALTHY COULD NOT GO BACK IN AFTER IT - NO ' THEY CANT AND IF THEY TRY THEY WILL BE PROSECUTED!!!! I have no idea if it was DUMB LUCK, ONE OF THE AGENCIES I GOT INVOLVED , OR ZEALTHY S AI MET ITS MATCH AND DECIDED " OMG SHE IS EVEN MOTE RELENTLESS THAN US " BUT .......... DONT GIVE UP PEOPLE!!! AND - THE FEDERAL LAW SUIT AGAINST ZEALTHY NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED , GOVERNORS OF STATES THAT ZEALTHY AND OTHER GLP-1 COMPANIES WHO ARE FRAUDULENTLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST SEEKING HELP AND MAY HAVE BEEN REFERRED TO THESE THIEVES UNKNOWINGLY BY A COMPLETLY TRUST WORTHY PHYSCIAN NEED TO BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN OUR STATES- HOW LONG AND HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE COME VICTIMS BEFOR THIS FEDERAL LAW SUIT PROVIDES AN END TO IT ???? AND YES, I JUST ASKED THE FEDERAL LAW THAT QUESTION !

I ordered on June 17th and still haven’t even received a tracking number! SMS they aren’t giving me any direct answers. I finally asked for a refund and got ignored!!! I’m so frustrated and upset and I still don’t have an answers. I don’t have a ton of money to throw around I put a lot of thought into doing this and I just want what I ordered :(
