I tried to order meds for my wife. I got very frustrated with the process and I canceled the membership before I completed the process. But these people are still trying to charge my card. I canceled the membership 3 months ago and they tried to run my card this morning. It’s like they are hoping I didn’t notice. I have never gotten meds from them but they are still trying to run my card.

Be careful! They keep charging you even after ending membership. Also they dont send medication for over 6 month. Fraudulent activity on my card, this has been the most frustrating experience. DO NOT DO IT!!! Canceled in november 2023, still dealing with charges, from zealthy, fitrx by zealthy etc.

Terrible Experience! They took 10x$135 out of my account without my approval. I have received 9x$135 back. They claim they are "entitled" to 1x$135 because I didn't cancel my membership via their website. I showed them how it was cancelled the same day, and even showed them that they refunded me the introductory $39, but they still will not refund! Terrible Company! Unethical! Not Trustworthy!

I was told to request a refill, annd did so through the app. After their prescriber sent the order to the pharmacy and took payment for the medication, one of the service reps emailed me saying the script was expired. They have jerked me around for a week and have now “escalated” the matter to the “Pharmacy Team”. There’s a serious lack of communication there and now I will be late for my next injection. All payments have cleared and I have customer service reps letting me know how exasperated they are!

It took a little bit to get my first shipment, but they were on top of it at every turn, correcting anything that didn't go as planned. The product worked very well for me with no side effects at all.
