Scam
Upon having my consultation they stated I was a great candidate for the weight loss medication. I ask for the prescription to be sent to a local pharmacy for pick up. At that point they refused and offered me the compound. I was very clear in the consultation that I did not want a compound for my own personal reasons. They would not provide me with a local pick up. I stated that they needed to ensure I was no longer charged and cancel membership. That was in 05/2024. It’s 09/25, as of 07/25 they started to try and charge my card. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this and I’m still getting notifications to update my payment and that my payment has failed. I keep my card locked and it notifies me each time they’re trying to take money. They assure me it’s canceled. But as of 8:24 this morning, they attempted yet another time to charge my card. This is a literal scam.
