I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021. In May 2023 it started giving wildly variable readings. I have tried factory reset and a firmware update but now (August) it freezes on start and often seems to switch on randomly. On Facebook Wellue have repeatedly tried to limit their liability to one year using their warranty unreasonably. Under UK Statute it should be of satisfactory quality for a reasonable time.

Received Pulsebit EX ECG monitor today and cannot use it. It turns on only after the ON button is pressed for 10s and released (not 1 s as stated in instructions). It stays alive then for a couple of seconds and dies again. Charging does not work. Have been charging it already for a few hours and the battery is empty. As soon as I unplug it, the screen shows empty battery and dies. I have filled in a form online to their support. Hoping to hear from them soon. I was very eager to start using it because of my recent heart issues but cannot :(

The device does not work because of Blue Tooth not functioning properly. This is the SECOND defective device.

Scam. Product wildly inaccurate check me o2. Sent emails, photos etc. No reply. Have disputed with PayPal will try and get money back nearly £200 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The ring worked well for about a year, fairly accurate and easy to use. It helped me controll my sleep apnea. However, after one year it just stopped working. The manufacturer's support gave me instructions on how to restart it, which in spite of multiple tries did not help. The ring will not start an is therefore useless. After that the service sugested that I request a new one from the internet retailer I bought it from, the store promissed to send it to me. You'd expect such a device to last longer than a year! Poor built quality made this otherwise usefull device a bad buy for me.

Customer bought the device from other seller but asked us to send the free replacement. It is a little bit hard to do that.

I just red the other reviews before making my purchase, I tried to contact the company several times asking for info about the 24H monitor device. After 4 emails there was NO nswer at all !!! This made me suspicious that's why I'm here to write my BAD review. Their customer support is INEXISTENT !!! and probably if I'd have a problem with their products they would not refund me.

I purchased the Handheld Pulse Oximeter to monitor my 3 year old daughter. Unfortunatley it didnt work on her smaller fingers. Within day 1 of receiving I reached out to return. Like all of the other reviews here the customer service is awful. They play games saying they are waiting for an address to give you to return. Its been about 1 week waiting for this return address??? Btw its all email no phone. Now they just stopped responding. I will be now be disputing with my Credit Card company who will honor since I never dispute anything. Im typically not this dumb to buy from an unknown vendor. I will also be posting on Amazon since they sell there as well. UPDATE - They reached out 1 week later with some random address to send the device to (Shipping with tracking paid by me). I will not spend anymore money or time on this. I have removed scam from my review but Would not do business with this company. Stick with reputable companies
