My purchase was supposed to be delivered on by November 25/27, As of today Dec 1st I am still waiting for my purchase. Contacted Wellue, who directed me to the USPS site with a snapshot of the delivery status, guess what that doesn't help me, I can see that on my own, so what is the purpose of contacting you?Are you not responsible for delivery, think that also what I paid for? Still waiting on my item??

I have to pay extra tax and costume duties.

I have used the Wellue pulse oxomiter for about 18 months now. It works well and connects to my Apple phone and records readings. I currently have pneumonia and my doctor requested the data recorded. OH dear, that's when Wellue's customer service prooved very poor. I asked a simple question. 1> Can I print out historic data and if so how because it isn't that obvious on their app. My first response was, "Can you send proof of purchase to see if it's still under warranty?" Why? I ask. It's just a simple question. Third request I got this answer. "Send it to your computer." Right, but how? There isn't an option. What is wrong with some people? Is my question confusing?

On 16th October i place an order and until today 1st Nov 2023 the shipment is on hold i wanted to cancel this order and need my money back as soon as possible

This is a scam website!!! AVOID! We have asked on multiple occasions to return an item as it is no longer required, 2 months in with 6+ emails back and forth, we have yet to receive a response from this company, as they have completely stopped responding to emails and have refused to provide a return address for us to return the item. We are now having to dispute this through our bank. AVOID!!!

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. My complaint is with the arduous return process, not the equipment. I have, to date (9/11/23), sent (3) requests to Wellue customer service to have the machine returned under Wellue’s 30-day return policy. The first request I sent Wellue was met with “Is the machine broken to why don’t you like it?” etc. Fair enough. I responded with my BIPAP was a more accurate form of therapy and that I wanted to return the machine. The next email I received from Wellue was to sell me a BIPAP machine, which I declined because I already own a BIPAP machine. The third email I received from Wellue was a request to take a picture of the machine, carrying case and accessories. I was then asked if I would keep the machine if they made me a “good” price. Strange. Just strange, that a medical device company would operate like some 3rd world street vendor selling knock off Gucci bags. My next phone call is to Visa, as I fully intend to dispute this purchase…and guess what Wellue…I’ll win that one.

Worked for 3 DAYS. Shows fully charged when hooked up to charger. Disconnect and it's dead. No display info, no red lights on finger. Tried troubleshooting to connect to charger and hold key for 8 seconds. To NO AVAIL. 3 days. My father is very ill and it's devices like this that allowed me to bring him home. Thank you for ruining his end of life.
