This is a complete scam. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Everything everyone has said on the reviews are true. Phone number isn’t legit either and the emails are done at night. I tried to cancel before they shipped item and couldn’t . Very slick how they work

This is a very bad company to deal with they refuse to honro their waranty buy just sending emails to ask for more data.after a month of back an forth emails the oxygen ring still does not work an no resolution is apparent from wellue. This is a bad company to deal with.

After going back and forth for two weeks about wanting to return a faulty product, which went was a painstaking process as they tried all kinds of avenues so I don't return the product I finally said, provide me with a return address or I will contact US Dept of Commerce. Well, after that they sent me a shipping address, at which point I was outside of the 30 days by a few days, because they were purposely prolonging the process ( this is their strategy). I sent it, item delivered to the address which I found to be an apartment in Las Vegas, bought in 2012, 1 yr before the company was headquartered in Calefornia, but they are in fact in Shenzhen, China.

ECG device kept overheating. Tried to return within 30 days as per return policy. They kept ignoring the request for a refund and just kept offering a discount on the device. Still unable to get a refund. Fraudulent company with poor device STAY AWAY!!!! I repeatedly asked Wellue for the return address and finally they provided me with an address, however this was not the company’s return address! This was a customers address! They wanted me to ship the faulty device to the customer. Email from there customer service is as follows: Hi Chris Thanks for reaching out. Pls DON'T PUT ANY REMARK and kindly pack the all accessories well, then send to the following address and provide us the tracking#. We will refund you when it delivered. Tony Chau 5525 W. Still waiting for refund I'm paying payment on. Payed fortune to send back with tracking. I have serious heart and low bp issues and they are complete joke. I'm in hospital because not safe at home. I am so scared 😱

After being hospitalized in Az. I ordered a BiPap machine from this company. I needed it right away in order to drive home. We bought a different unit locally and drove home. When this machine was delivered to my sisters hpuse she refused to take it; which is what your company told us to do. I am waiing to ear from you about a refund.
