Excellent customer service, and when used to show trends and general spo2 monitoring (within 1-2% of medical grade devices) it is perfect. I’ve been wearing mine for over 6 months and the detailed report it generates has been helpful during doctors appointments.

Ordered a cpap machine here. Was so much cheaper than anywhere else for the same machine. About 4 months after I got it, it tore up on me and had an internal motor failure. They shipped me a new one no questions asked. I know it’s under warranty but I didn’t even have to deal with the manufacturer. I will use this company for years to come if I need another cpap machine.
