If you're looking at this, then there's already a reason that you know you need to regularly check your blood pressure. But seriously, pulling out the big cuffs and the pump to check it in public aren't always fun nor logical. And here it is - the solution you need at a very affordable price. Every single time that I compare this watch bp reading to the big cuff and pump - they're either the same or within a few points of each other. AND it is FDA Approved. You can give these numbers to your doctor for reference, if needed. I love it. It's easy. It's accurate. It's dependable

My watch had an issue and didn’t function properly. I sent an email, and to be honest, didn’t expect a result, as customer service in general isn’t always great, but how wrong I was! The same day, without issue, I was sent a new watch. I received my device just over a week later! This level of service is rare, but highly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company! Very satisfied customer.

This review concerns the company and its customer service, not the product itself, which I have only just started using. I purchased a KidsO2 pediatric oximeter that could not be paired with the ViHealth app on Android. The app detected the device, but the pairing never completed, and repeated attempts on two different phones, after reboots and reinstalls, produced the same result. Wellue support responded quickly. After an initial exchange of standard troubleshooting steps, they concluded the unit was defective and arranged a replacement. Tracking details were provided, and the replacement arrived in about one week. It paired immediately and has worked correctly since. What stood out was the absence of friction. There was no prolonged back and forth and no attempt to push responsibility onto the customer. Kiki Shawn handled the case professionally and kept me informed at each stage.

The first tens/laser unit worked for a short period of time and then became problematic with the power switch. I contacted them by email and was pleasantly surprised how eager they were to correct the issue. They sent a new unit and it is working fine and told me they are available to help anytime. Great customer support!!

I purchased the 8 chamber compression boots for my husband. Shipping was fast. I received the unit . but it had a defect, I contacted Wellue customer service by email, I explained the problem, they recommended several things to check. When this did not resolve the problem, I was asked to send a video to verify the defect. Within 24 hrs of them receiving the video they informed me that they would be sending a replacement. I had the new unit before I even received the tracking number. Unit works great. Very pleased with this company and I will use them again if I need other equipment for my husband

I love Wellue products but what i love the most is the customer service!! They are the best!! They helped me not only once not twice they helped me many times!! Thank you so much again!!

Other than a great product, I had an issue that was immediately resolved by customer service and unit replaced quickly.
