The machine I had purchased was malfunctioning. I called Wellue and they were very responsive in responding and they sent me a new one. It ws a very pleasant experience.

As a pulmonologist specializing in sleep disorders, I have found these devices extremely valuable in both patient screening and treatment follow-up. They are very easy to use, and the software is straightforward, user-friendly, and provides excellent data. Unlike measurements from a typical smartwatch, this device performs high-frequency monitoring, which allows me to observe detailed overnight oxygen saturation patterns — an important tool in evaluating sleep disorders. I also appreciate the company’s prompt and constructive support in resolving a technical issue I encountered. Highly recommended.

We have now purchase the O2 monitor, the CPAP/APAP machine and the 5L Oxygenator and have been super happy with all three units. And dealing with customer service was easy and they were extremely responsive and timely.

The sales process was smooth and delivery was fast I have been using it nightly for a year now and the information sync’s with my ASV data seamlessly providing a lot of therapy information. It has performed flawlessly. My only regret is that I am trying to buy two more O2rings and they no longer ship to Canada.
