I picked the piece of equipment. I wanted just the way I wanted it and it was in my hands within a week. They provided me with a no interest financing option and now I am styling with a brand new Mac.

I ordered, and was charged for, the 13-inch iPad Pro M5 with nano-textured glass. I received the 11-inch iPad Pro M5. I have emailed both Upgraded and GatorTec concerning this issue, and have requested it be corrected as soon as possible. Update: Good news is they were able to correct the issue asap! The Upgraded team was very quick in responding to my request, they overnighted the iPad I had ordered, and I didn’t have to wait for the incorrect to be shipped to their facility before they sent the correct item! No additional charges or hidden fees. Will be recommending to family and friends.

The process was easy from start to finish! After choosing my device with payment options and submitting my order I had my brand new MacBook in just two days! They kept me updated with communications the whole time. I was able to set up automatic withdrawal so I never have to worry about payments. I needed a computer for starting college courses and I could not afford to put out $1500 all at once. I was beyond stressed about how I was going to get a computer, then I found upgraded! Total lifesaver! Best part is the included AppleCare and the option to trade in later on, so I never have to worry about being without a working device. Hands down 10/10! Thank you upgraded!

I enjoy Apple hardware including Macs and iPads and like to upgrade every 2-3 years. This service will allow me to upgrade my MacBook Pro every 2 years as new updates are released. I have been looking for a service similar to this and jumped at the chance to try Upgraded out. The real question will be what the upgrade experience in 2 years looks like once I am eligible to upgrade. Very pleased so far as I ordered a MacBook Pro on Tuesday when my previous Mac received accidental damage that will require it to be sent in to Apple for repair. I cannot be without a Mac for an unknown amount of time while the repair is completed, so this was a perfect opportunity. I received the new Mac from Upgraded within 48 hours of ordering so I had very little down time.

The program worked exactly as advertised. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. I would not hesitate to recommend!
