I WAS SCARED AND WORRIED THAT THIS WOULD BE A SCAM. BUT IT WASNT. IT TOOK ABOUT 45 DAYS OR SO TO GET THE WATCH. I BOUGHT IT AS A RETIREMENT GIFT FOR A CO-WORKER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THAT I WAS VERY EXCITED TO SEE IT WHEN IT ARRIVED. IT IS A BEUTIFUL WATCH, IT CAME WITH EXTRA LINKS IF NEEDED. BRIGHT GOLD FINISH WITH THE ORANGE FACE FOR CRIPTO. MY CO-WORKER WAS THRILLED AND EXCITED WHEN HE OPENED THE PACKAGE. I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I DID FIND OUT THAT YOU NEED TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING A CORRECT EMAIL (YOUR OWN) IF YOU WANT TO GET A REPLY. NOT ONE THAT IS OBSOLETE. THEY WOULD SEND NOTICES TO MY OLD MAC ACCOUNT, BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT MY DEFAULT IS ON MY IPHONE. C/S WORKED WITH ME TO SEND NOTIFICATION ANOTHER EMAIL ACCOUNT. NO ISSUES

Ordered on Jan 8 2025 and told 2-3 months. OK, my son's birthday is not until 05/05 so April delivery is fine. Today, 04/29 I still have NO shipping date for this purchase, and the usual non-explanation of why. I have told them as of today to cancel my order and refund my purchase price. DO NOT order anything from these people.

My husband pre-ordered the First Lady watch as a Christmas gift. I became skeptical and emailed them frequently when we hadn't received it in February. They were very responsive and explained the time delay. I continued to be skeptical, instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt and trust. But they were very patient every time, with each one of my emails. And I am so happy to say, it was well worth the wait. It is BEAUTIFUL! Things of this quality and worth can take a while to produce. We are all so used to receiving instant items, but know the instant comes with a cost too of which you need to replace that item because it's just not made well. Again, this beautiful watch was made like things used to be made, quality, a true and timeless LONG lasting treasure. Thank-you Trump Watches! God Bless!

While I was a bit disappointed about the time between placing the order and delivery, I love the watch. It is a beautiful time piece that I hope to pass on to my kids

I ordered a Lady Trump green royale watch for my wife. I paid for it in December, order 14679. I still don't have it 3 months later. I received an email saying it would ship in two weeks. THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. I have contacted them and received no reply. It finally dawned on me I was scammed. AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered my watch in November and have not recieved it. They keep saying it is about to be shipped but stillo no watch. I requested a refund but did not get an answer to my request.

No watch delivered. Dishonest and false customer service responses both automated and probably live people. Original order date was 1/8/25. No delivery. Just a bogus claim that I am to be one of the first to receive a delivery. Endless lines of "customer service" hollow, baseless and dishonest responses to order inquiries. If I ever receive a delivery never will I order from this Company again. It will be a surprise if there ever is an actual delivery. Avoid these people!

Estimate for shipping is way off... about a month off. Fed Ex says label created but nothing for a week. Finally shipped. Instructions are very poor. I know how to set the time, the date and how to wind the watch but nothing on the GMT extra hand and nothing on installing the extra links. Very poorly planned. The watch is nice. Not sure it's worth the $800 I paid.l
