Made in China!

My watch came a month late and was broken.

I bought the almond face First Ladies Watch. While it is beautiful, I had to pay a jeweler to remove 4 links from the bracelet. It is heavy and uncomfortable. Tried to contact customer service about winding issues because instructions were vague and never received a response. Date has been stuck on 4 since I got it. Certainly does not perform like a high end watch.

I think the Trump watch got mixed up with the Biden watch. Loses time stopped working, the auto pen signature is fading. Going back to my timex indiglo.

The watch looses 2 minutes per day. Occasionally it just stops all together. The middle switch is supposed to change months doesn’t work. I have $50 battery watch that is better than this $900 piece of crap!

I ordered a Trump 250 limited edition watch which I received on 07/22/26 My watch doesn't have the series number on the back of the case. There was only 350 of these watches made. I can furnish a pic of the watch case that shows no series number on it.

I purchased a Trump watch which was one of 50 that were made that contained a piece of his suit and tie from his booking photo. Very expensive watch. When I received it, it didn't even have the numbered housing plate that it was supposed to have, and it was missing a diamond on the dial. They eventually sent the plate cover with the number inscribed after several months, but once I sent the watch back to them in February (2026) to have the diamond installed, they kept it and still have not sent it back to me and it's the 4th of July!!! They keep stalling and telling me that they are waiting for the parts for the watch and they will let me know soon. This has gone on for months. If DJT really knew of the logistical issues this company is having in his name and the customer service problems, I don't think he would appreciate it at all. Its really a terrible company for customer service because they are unable to deliver their products with any accuracy or quality. Terrible. Beware of this company. I have at least two dozen emails to back up my claims.

Zero returns!!!! Once you give them your money their done with you. Poor quality ! But in December and didn’t get it until March!!!
