Now we love China?

I ordered a second watch for my wife. It is obviously a returned item. Not happy! Most watch sales give discounts if you are receiving 2nds. Be aware before you purchase!

I ordered three watched. All of them arrived on time and work fine. However, when I tried to exchange one for a more expensive one, I received an email stating they don't exchange or give refunds. This company could greatly benefit from examining their policies and business practices.

This First Ladies Almond, in my opinion, is really a man's watch. It is heavy! Way too heavy for an 84 year old wife and of course engraved where there is no possibility of return, My 92 year old husband was so proud of this gift and I am going to try and wear it some to please him after I get 4 or 5 links removed so it can stay on my wrist. Anyone who tries to pass this watch off as a ladies watch is a scammer. So very disappointed that I have to try and please him rather than enjoying what he thought would be a great gift. The President should not advertise these watches; it is beneath him and his standards.

I receive my watch and could not adjust the 24 hr part of the watch. I returned the watch after sending a video proving the watch was defective. I waited five weeks to get the watch back just like I sent it. When I complained, i received instructions how to adjust the clock, which obviously didn’t work since I received it back not adjusted to the right time. If they repaired it why was the time wrong on the running watch.I received back.

My Birthday was in January and my wife ordered me a beautiful watch which she knew I would love. We recieved the watch this morning, and the dial face isn't completely covered in the same colour. I didn't notice until I went in an underground parking lot and could only see the number 7 up to 11. 1 to 6 didn't show up as they should which was strange. I wasn't too bothered as its still beautiful to look at. Infact, its the most beautiful watch in the world to look at and thats a lot of watches to compare it to. This afternoon, my wrist felt itchy and was burning up. I removed the most beautiful watch I have ever seen and I had a strange rash all around my wrist from the strap. When inspecting the strap, the colour has already started to change from Silver to Black, as if its been scratched away. I wore it for 6 hours and it looks like it was thrown from a car window on the highway and driven over by every passing vehicle for the next hour. Very dissapointed in this product, not least because its supposed to represent the Greatest man to ever lead our country, and its making a mockery of him. I gave 2 stars because as I say it looks good at first, but then fades quicker than sleepy joe on a campaign, so as Trumps an honest man, I know he will appreciate the honest feedback and make this better like he does with everything else he is doing.

Estimate for shipping is way off... about a month off. Fed Ex says label created but nothing for a week. Finally shipped. Instructions are very poor. I know how to set the time, the date and how to wind the watch but nothing on the GMT extra hand and nothing on installing the extra links. Very poorly planned. The watch is nice. Not sure it's worth the $800 I paid.l
