I plan to sue. This is a scam! On 30.01.25 I ordered a watch for 900$, at the time of ordering there was information that delivery will be in March. On 10.04 I contacted the support with a demand to cancel my order - I was refused. March is gone, April and May too. When I bought it was written that it was a limited collection of 250, now they just changed the name on the site but the watch remained the same - but already 500 pieces. This is my worst experience with online shopping. I suggest to post a review from this resource in your social networks, so that others would not suffer from these scammers.

Great communication The whole team is professional I order a watch but I didn't see that the delivery for costumed watches takes longer, was my mistake, and by the day of arrival I would be on vacation. So I send an email to them and they responded to me in an hour. They hold my watch until I came back and right the next day I got it! Thanks again guys 🙋🏻‍♂️

Great watch, yes you have wait a bit, i bought a fight watch and a victory watch, both are beautiful watches and keep very accurate time. The quality is there, good products take time to make. Well worth the wait!!!

I have an update to my review. I ordered my Trump watch in November of 2024. I just received it today, May 17, 2025. 6 months! I will say the watch is beautiful, but the lack of any response to any of my emails over a 6 month period is uncalled for. Worst experience of my life as I thought I was just out the $1,100. I'm pleased with the watch but I will never order again from Gettrumpwatches.com. They use Reach as their distributor. Next time I will read the fine print and make sure I do not deal with any of these 3rd party sales companies.

I ordered and paid for a watch that cost $2999 on January 3rd, 2025. It was to be delivered in February, 2025 Emailed them and they said it would be March. March came and went. Emailed again. They said April. I requested a refund. They refused. April came and went. They said early May. I still do not have the watch. I plan to file with Paypal as well as my credit card company.

I have been collecting watches of various styles and brands for more than 40 years. I was shocked at the quality of this watch for the price that I paid. It truly is a stunning piece!

I got my inauguration First Lady watch today. Yes I ordered it January 20th and it was a pre order. Today is May 8. Yes it took forever but WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Quality is off the chart. It is beautiful and engraved DJT. 45/47. It is 74/250. Simply stunning watch and even though I wrote the company every 4 weeks, they always responded to me. I was patient and finally got the email it shipped and I had it 3 days later. Don’t give up people. This is not a scam. It’s just a little longer for great quality. I love 💕 mine. Beautiful pink mother of pearl with fireworks.

I ordered my Trump gold Inauguration Heritage watch on Inauguration Day (Jan 20). I was skeptical because of the reviews about the delay. I followed up with a few emails asking about my watch which were promptly responded to (and not by a BOT- I tested with some “human” questions-LOL). I was reassured that due to the hand-made nature of the watch and the large amount of backlog of orders that they were going to get my watch to me as soon as it was made and scrutinized by QC. I received the watch on May 2nd. The watch was well packaged, starting with a “TRUMP” black box and then really cool button-snapped leather protective case holding the watch. I disagree with earlier reviews that might have called the quality of workmanship into question. The watch is amazing looking. It is an auto wind but can also be hand-wound. It was well protected by plastic covering on all metals to prevent scratching/oxidation. The watch has a clear crystal backing to see mechanicals in action and a solid feeling crown, crystal and case as well. My watch is numbered 190/250 on the backing as well. I should have bought TWO, so I could wear one and then keep the other put away in a box for the next 50 years. Ya never know what is valuable to someone down the road. I believe that many of the poorer reviews stem from not getting the watch in good time- I encourage those people to be patient. It, to me, was worth the wait and instantly became nostalgia piece for me.
