Only 2 stars because I was given a vehicle that had mildew in the back seat of the car that should've been taken care of before delivery. And also no Matts on floor and no spare tire

At no fault of the agent, the first car left me stranded and had to use my own insurance to have vehicle towed to Hyundai. I turned that one in and opted for a different car. Took it on a trip and the BSD light came on, tried to reset, but didn't work. Called Getta car and their answer was to take it to the dealer as it still has factory warranty left. That answer was disappointing. Now I have to take time out of my life and probably lose the car for whatever time it takes them to fix. Oh did I mention this happened on the second day of ownership? Still love the car, and agents were nice just bad luck with the cars. Maybe they need to do better inspections in them, I don't know.

Hello everyone, my experience is being magnificent of buying a car online without seeing the car before delivery. It was practically what I was expecting and also I could not fail to mention these Names Thomas Digiacomo and Rob are the people who gave me and give all the necessary support for the best service of Gettacar. I had a great experience purchasing my new car. The pictures on the app were clear and detailed. The financing/sales representative was easy to work with and helpful. The delivery driver was courteous and professional and delivered the car in good condition. The online application does need adjustment. There are no good means of initiating communication, as such, you rely on the sales representative for each step of the process. It is also unclear in the web application whether you have purchased it or not. As a result, I thought that someone else had purchased the car while I was waiting to hear back! The financing was very honest and upfront. No additional costs for 'detailing' or other mark-ups. A fair price for a great car and no haggling!

I had an excellent experience with gettacar! The online application process was very easy, I applied late on a Saturday night, after they were closed, but as soon as they opened on Monday morning, I got a call from Tom, who gave me options and helped me through the process. The delivery was super fast (2 days!), Jake the driver was friendly and efficient, and the car was clean and true to the online profile. I had a slight mechanical issue after delivery, Tom answered me right away, talked me through how to get it fixed, and the gettacar team took care of payment. I highly recommend this company, and I love my new car!

They were helpful up until the car was actually delivered, the very next day I attempted to contact them with no real results. I called the salesman 3 separate times and left messages and then called their main number where I was forwarded to retention who also never answered or returned my calls. Thankfully the issues I wanted to bring up weren’t terrible but I could only imagine what would happen if you discover an issue during your “test drive” period.
