Buying a car from gettacar is amazing. Anthony was an amazing person to help me. He always stayed connected to me and helped me throughout the whole process. I absolutely love my car and will continue spreading the word on gettacar. If you want a stress free experience and not spend hours at the dealerships, then go with getta car.

Some of the issues would be common when using any on line car buying organization and are not solely specific to Get A Car. The car purchased was previously leased by a smoker or heavy vapor and the smell is strong in the interior. There is a tear in the upholstery that the pictures online did not show. There are scratches and dents that the pictures did not show including deep gouges on two wheels. The paperwork and delivery took so long that we almost canceled our purchase prior to the shipping. Communication, in my opinion could have been a bit better. We got caught up in finding a vehicle that was the exact make, with the exact motor, exterior color, and interior color, within our price range, with an acceptable amount of miles, that we were looking for. The original search showed the vehicle to be in Washington DC, not a hard drive from our home state. The vehicle was actually at a different named auto dealership in Philadelphia. The dealership in Philadelphia is branching out with a service to compete with Carvana. No one made me follow through and buy this vehicle but I will think long and hard before buying another vehicle online. There are issues that only an in person visit could discover regardless of the online description and accompanying pictures. I doubt we would have made the purchase if the vehicle was local. We have exhausted our seven day period of return while trying to remove the smoke smell. The price to pay to have the vehicle shipped back was also a factor in keeping the vehicle and trying to make the best of the situation. We had sold our old vehicle and needed the new vehicle for work, school, and soccer. We have a 90 day, 4500 mile warranty, so we will see how things go.

I recently bought a VW Tiguan from Gettacar. My salesman, Tom Digiacomo was Excellent. He patiently answered all of my questions without any sales pressure. Financing went smoothly without any "hidden surprises". The Tiguan arrived as scheduled. Shortly after it was delivered there were a few minor issues which Gettacar amicably took care of without any pushback. I"m a tough sell and not easily pleased, but my Gettacar experience was great. Easy experience. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is that I didn’t know the car was going to have hail damage. The Carfax report showed damage was reported but I wasn’t told it wasn’t fixed. Maybe an error on my end not asking. But I was a bit disappointed that the checklist said it passed for dents/marks and it actually had hail damage.

Great service, great value, very helpful. Michael is the best. He still helping me. Great company to do busy with !!❤⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
