All good 👍. Car was clean and full of gas. Nice looking cars too..

I had Terri Garcia as my customer service advisor and she was amazing. Even when I was unavailable to talk on the phone she would keep me updated through text or email. Even the delivery driver Jake and Rob in the service department were amazing. There was a small mishap of a chip in the windshield that happened during the delivery before I even finished the walk around they were already scheduling an appointment to repair the chip. Everything went very smoothly and the car turned out amazing.

After visiting a few car dealerships and the terrible experiences I had there, I initially decided to buy a car with CarMax. I watched a few videos on YouTube and saw one where a customer bought her car with Gettacar.com. So I visited the Gettacar website and a saw the exact car that I wanted, and started the process. Matthew Shultz is the representative that took care of me and everything was made so simple. No crazy high doc fees or prep fees. The car was delivered to me a few days later and I am very happy with the service. Gettacar and Matt great experience!!!

Thomas was excellent with helping me get the car I wanted. Everything took total of 3 days to finish. My car was even delivered a day early. I will going back for future needs.

Service was excellent

To be honest the experience was good and my advisor Michael Provine was great. The issues I have are below: 1) 2017 Chevrolet Colorado was delivered filthy on the inside which during these times that is unacceptable. 2) When I brought up issues like a broken jack I was instructed to watch a YouTube video on how to replace hydraulic fluid in the jack and that should solve the problem with the jack not working when in fact you should’ve recognized this during your vehicle inspection and it should’ve been corrected before listing it for sale. I’m still waiting to see if this is something I have to replace out of my pocket or are you sending me a new jack. 3) I’ve had the truck for 2 weeks today and I’m not even sure that the loan will be approved even though I’ve been assured that the loan is approved and all paperwork will be submitted and finalized. 4) I’m sure I won’t hear back regarding what I’ve said above.

Everything was fine except the delivery person (Deb) was unable to use her technical equipment at location.
