The process was pretty smooth and easy. The rep I worked with was super helpful— customer service gets 5 stars alone. The only thing I didn’t like is that the database is not updated in real-time, so a car you may be eyeing could potentially be gone. Other than that, I have no cons. It was quick and easy. Everything is done safely and securely, and you’re given updates and explanations along the way, and you don’t have to leave home ever, so that’s a plus.

Everyone from star to finish did an excellent job. Mike McMillan was an excellent leader of a great team. Thanks for everything. Hopefully all goes well if I need help in the future I certainly will spread the word

Love the free delivery and the 7 day return policy. They also give you a free year warranty with the 4 year used car warranty. It definitely made me feel more comfortable buying a used car.
