No communication Everything started out great, they were very nice. After we got the car then they started asking for a bunch of information to complete the loan, then took a month after our loan was complete to start the paperwork for our plates. Our 60 day temporary plates are now expired and we cannot use our car. I don’t see how they could be so irresponsible. it should have been done right when we get the vehicle. And they are not very helpful trying to help up find a solution to how we are supposed to get to and from work. i would never use this service again. go to a real dealership.

For months, I've been searching for my dream car. A Black 2017 Ford Mustang Convertible V6 (not an EcoBoost) with less than 25k miles and wouldn't cost me a crazy amount after dealer fees. An extremely satisfying experience! I selected my car online and was immediately guided through the process. I was able to test drive the car before making the decision to buy. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered fully. Even when there was a delay in delivering the vehicle to repair a minor problem with the navigation system I was kept informed of the situation. Cat and Kevin were my contacts and they both did an excellent job.

Loved how easy the process was and not having to sit in a dealership all day. I also love the no hidden fees aspect of it that most dealerships try to reel you in with. Probably never stepping foot into a dealership again. Only thing is cupholder from the 2 row seats was filthy and I wish the recalls on the car were taken car of before them listing it for sale. Ryan was great though

It was awesome getting approved having someone always keeping me up to date. Only thing was in transit car was dirty and the transmission fluid was low. Most don’t check all fluids when they arrive I would advise it when receiving it. But loved getting it from them
