Our place was kind of a disaster after moving everything out. Thank you for getting it clean!

Usually when someone from Spruce cleans my apartment, it’s sparkling. This was not the case. It’s very clear my living room rug was not vacuumed as there are crumbs and things still on it. My apartment did not smell fresh and clean like usual when I walked in. The person took out my bathroom trash and put that in my kitchen trash??? Normally they take the bathroom trash with them. Did not put a new bag in my bathroom trash can, I’m very disappointed and would like some type of refund as this is not the service I would expect.
