The cleaner came on time, got right to work and a fabulous jog. I always get happy when I see her, I know she will leave the place spotless. This is the third time she cleaned my place

Inconsistent service. I’ve canceled my membership. The cleaning itself was just okay. My apartment is already very clean (I’m meticulous about it), I have no kids, and my one dog is hypoallergic and doesn’t shed, so this should have been an easy job. The bigger problem was consistency. A different cleaner came for every booking, and almost every visit had an issue. One time the toilets weren’t cleaned, another time an entire area was skipped, and once my bed was left half made. On top of that, even though I had a recurring appointment, they never arrived at the same time. With a recurring service you should be able to count on the same quality and a predictable schedule, and I didn’t get either. I’ve canceled my membership.
