Do not buy through this company. Don’t trust the website, you press to buy 1 pair of socks and when the PayPal account comes through you have bought 4 . Completely fraudulent. Of course they can’t cancel the order as they have no contact . Or if you do it’s all automated, then they say it’s too late. I don’t even want the socks at this point. *After looking into this company,I now realise that this has happened to many many other people. So many complaints exactly the same as mine & it’s all the same response . I don’t trust them. Buyer beware !! The companies response is very automated, my advice is not to touch them with a 40 foot pole.

Would have put NO stars. They double up on your order taking extra money of you....THEY ARE TROUBLE WITH A CAPITAL T.

I ordered 4 pairs compress socks large, order no's #4278F2G(on-line) also 5270378283216(in e-mail), price quoted £48.75 +shipping £3.95 = £52.70. They added a further 4 pairs at £33.95 with free shipping, total cost £86.65. Shortly after Sainsbury's Bank Credit Card texted me to confirm I made these 2 transactions. I then phoned them and they have passed all the details onto their fraud department to investigate the transaction. They have also cancelled my credit card and will issue me with a new one. I then went on-line to see if any reviews on the company, it appears I am not the only one to experience this problem, there were many bad reviews. Please cancel my total order and refund, Please send me a cheque as credit card has been cancelled. Clive Beelders

Very disappointed. Ordered 4 pairs of socks as they were half price. Have to order 4 pairs at full price to have the half price. Didn't know this until it hit my card. Response was that this was an upsell. Socks are too small. Now saying that it was over the 30 days for return/refund. Now I can't do anything with them. Would not recommend them ever again.

These socks are an absolute rip-off. I thought I'd try a minimum deal but was up sold to double my order. I did not request this and tried to cancel straight away but "it was not possible". When they arrived we tried them but they don't have enough elasticity and so are extremely hard to get on. Also, the weave on the inside is ridiculous with exposed threads that catch on your toenails making them even more difficult to get on. I complained about the whole deal but was not offered the "30 day money back" offer as per their website and advertorial. Don't fall for the deal they offer. And, yes the deal is in USD so costs you a lot more. My cost was about AUD100 for something that is unsatisfactory. SCAM! PS. My Podiatrist thought they were poor.

Please cancel my order 2232518 I did NOT want or order 8 pairs of socks, but that is what has been charged to my credit card. The website adds items even though I diligently sought the "no thanks" option to add ons. 😠 I only wished to purchase 1 pair but have now been charged for items I did not want.  I have emailed and asked to cancel my order and refund me in total ASAP.

I rated them a #1, because there was no ZERO! I ordered three pair of these socks, and somehow they just added four more pair which I didn’t know until after I had sent the order! I canceled the order within an hour of placing it! It took me an hour to figure out how to cancel. I read on their page that you could not cancel after six hours, so I fully complied with everything they said. They sent a confusing email to me saying that it was necessary for me to reply to that email so that they would know it was me? What??? Someone else would want to cancel my order???? I replied to the email, and again stressed my Cancellation. Then I got the exact same email two more times, and responded to those two also reaffirming my cancellation. Then I was sent a DIFFERENT web address to use for my cancellation. I copied that link, but it did not work! I sent them another email to reaffirm my cancellation, but no reply. After messing with this for THREE HOURS, I decided to go to bed. I just got out of 211 days in the hospital, and I was very tired, and getting very stressed! I felt assured that it was cancelled after all those messages I had sent, and all of that was done before the six hour deadline. This morning I got a TEXT MESSAGE trying to SELL me something else to add to my order!This company is definitely a SCAM! They are probably in CHINA! Do not ever order from this company!

I only gave them 1 rating because Zero was not an option. Placed an order for 1 pair of compressions socks and PayPal shortly sent me a receipt for EIGHT pairs. No phone number to call to cancel but within minutes of ordering, I sent email to cancel the order. Two days later received email from “Johnber” apologizing that my request cannot be granted because shipment has already processed and shipped. After reading all the other people they have ripped off, not sure if I will have any followup or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
