This is the worst company ever. I wish I could leave them a -5 star review. Their return policy says that you are not allowed to open the package, much less try them on. It is a scam company that allows no returns whatsoever. Their customer service department is slow to respond and quick to tell you your 30 days to request a return form has expired even though you started correspondence well before the 30 day window. I don’t think they allow any returns EVER! As a test I ordered a minimum quantity of socks one pair Payed with bank card Toronto Dominion Bank cc card Low and behold my bank in Canada refused to process the payment Upon investigation the bank refusal saying that this is a Phishing scam great to live in Canada Jan 72 years young and seen more scammers than grains of sand in Australia

as others have commented, this company is unscrupulous and has no interest in customer satisfaction. The product is WEAK, provides no appreciable support whatsoever and does not deliver on any of the claims called out in the product description. Furthermore, when I wanted to return the socks, they wanted to give me an immediate 50% refund vs. taking the product back for a full refund. Which by the way, if you have taken the product out of the packaging - which you would need to do to try them on - they won't give you credit for returning that pair THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN. There is no prepaid shipping provided. What a joke - these people need to be out of business and now.

Worse than 1 star. Check out BBO before buying.Ordered one pair and charged four more. Cancelled immediately but next text was it was shipped. Have paper trail and clock indicates there was time to cancel before shipping.Placed complaint with BBO. Company does not answer their phone or email. Contacted my bank and they will not pay this. Company is a scam.

SCAMMERS !!! Stay away from this company.

I requested 1 pair of socks for 17$ and then when I paid, the I noticed 100$.I immediately called the credit card company, and while I was talking to them, the price changed again, to two charges :69.99 and 89.99,,which adds up to150.00$ I later found that this is a routine scam.The best one can get is to pay 90$ and keep the socks whether they work or not. This company actually had the nerve to suggest that I could give them to other people. Every time I sent them emails, they did not address the problem, as though I had not sent them, until the final email suggesti g I would love t h sir socks and I could give them to friends and people I love, It is really creepy to deal with these scammers. I have certainly prepared to ,look at reviews first from now on.

Warning to others - . I had the same problem as others did. Ordered 4 pair of the socks for $55.85 ( not knowing that the dollars were in US$$ = $102.72 AUS$$) until after the order was placed. This one is scary : an advert popped up whilst placing the order at the checkout for 70% off another 4 more for pair of socks. Didnt think much more of that until I received 2 x paypal invoices and I noticed another 4 pair were ordered on a seperate order via Paypal ( how does that even work) ......for ( US$39.95 AUD$67.37 ) And yes like others have mentioned 2 minutes after ordering I filled in a request to cancel the whole order due to fraudently adding on another order whilst in the checkout in Paypal. I had a reference number for the order but no actual tracking numbers as yet. They got back to me the next day saying that it was too late as 12 hours had passed. This is very scarey , as I am wondering how they can duplicate the paypal order twice in one checkout, and with another invoice number????? Just terrible, I am so stressed out and feel sick for other innocent people out there. Turns out they are sending me 8 pair of socks for just under $170 AUD Please avoid this company they trick you with pop up adverts and are not legitimate.

Wish I’d read these before falling into the same trap as all these other reviewers. Same experience with order doubling. Immediately contacted PayPal but they were no help. I will say Soothrelieve replied to all my emails very promptly but like the others here they said they had already sent the order so I’ve been ripped off money I can’t afford for something I don’t want. I only wanted 1 pair to try but thought I might as well get 2. Instead I have 6 coming. So I’ve had to pay $148.18NZ when I ordered what I thought would be costing $39 - also not realising it was American dollars or I would never have made the purchase. (But that part is my own mistake.)
