My experience is almost identical to those below. After a lot of consideration I decided to order 4 pairs from this site for my peripheral neuropathy following chemotherapy. They do not show you your total order prior to finalising the sale (a practice being used by a number of Internet companies). As soon as my order confirmation arrived, the receipt showed I had ordered eight pairs.I immediately contacted the company via their website and email several times. I was finally advised the order had been processed and could not be changed. I wrote numerous emails confirming I did not place an order for 8 pairs to no avail. The order which was apparently processed within the first hour was not mailed for some time. I was finally contacted by someone called Michael and he confirmed they could not issue a refund as it was not their policy. I responded that their website advised 30 day refunds. He said he had an alternate suggestion which amounted to they keep my money and I wear the socks. When they arrived, they did not fit. The foot extended several cm beyond my toes and the tops were so tight they left deep indents in my legs - very dangerous for someone with PN and blood clotting issues. They also started unravelling from the first day. I have thrown the lot in the bin. This company is a scam. You can buy the same socks in your actual size from other companies for just over $2 instead of the approx AUD150 this rubbish/order cost me. They call themselves SoothRelieve so people don’t know they are called and rated as getsoothrelieve so these reviews may be the tip of the iceberg (it seems they change the name format too). Have all emails to support.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SOCKS ONLINE.Can't put zero stars or I would have. The socks they sent me (after upselling me 4 more pair) do not fit. Not even close. I couldn't slide them over a soda can and they're supposed to be one size men's 10 to 15. I wear a 12. Attempts to contact the company result in computer generated emails and there is no phone number available to contact them. Products are shipped from Idaho but company is located in California. I'm sure I just threw my money away. If you need a product like this go buy it from a place where you can see and touch the product while dealing with a person, before you pay. they trick you into additional product during checkout. They don't respond to emails. SCAM

I should have put ‘NO STARS’. Stay away from ‘getsoothrelieve’ I purchased 8 pairs of socks. They sent me 4 pairs. I gifted 3 pairs to my family. After weeks of waiting for the other 4 pairs, I contact their Customer service. I was told that I need to send them a photo of the 4 pairs of socks and original packaging to help them with their investigation. This is the most non-sensical request I’ve ever come across! The original packaging was disposed off weeks ago and the 4 pairs of socks are identical! I hate dealing with shady companies.
