I ordered one pair of socks and agreed to pay by PayPal on going to my basket I find I have 1 pair + an additional four pairs!!! There was no way to delete the extra four pairs. I emailed within 1 hour of ordering. And several times thereafter. Only to be told my order has gone through. I have two transactions throughPayPal. I authorisedthe one payment at £14.95 but the other transaction went through automatically. I have called PayPal to attempt to retrieve the unauthorised payment of £52.00. Please do not buy from this company.

I ordered neuropathy socks on Saturday evening 4 pairs at 80% off. I chose PayPal for payment. At no time did I reach paypal. I then received notice every two minutes of five multiple orders , different price, size, no 80% discount. Checking my PayPal account confirmed. I immediately sent emails, filled in forms to advise soothrelieve . Received generated reply. Next email stated my order was activated to be sent. I contacted PayPal next morning reported the unscrupulous & unethical behaviour. Thank you PayPal for your prompt action funds returned.

UPDATED REVIEW: 09/30/2024 1) appears there was little concern for Customer feedback, as it took 9 months for Company to reply. 2) Reply was as unhelpful as any other of their methods. 3) I regret buying anything from Getsoothrelief. Dishonest vendor. This company has a lot of promises, but I have not had a good experience. Iordered one pair of their socks, they charged me for 4, the cost changed from $17.95 to $53.73. I emailed them and called them to cancel my order within 15 minutes, as their rules say they won't guarantee cancellation after 6 hours. They didn't answer. The next morning they emailed saying the socks had already shipped. No less than 15 emails/calls & texts to them, the say they will call me or email me..when they do, it is another email which says to look on the Answers to FAQ's. No live person ever helped me.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered one pair and another 4 pairs popped up so tried to cancel, no response. Order arrived and tried to return, no response. I’m now stuck with expensive items I don’t want and could have bought cheaper elsewhere. Don’t have anything to do with this company!

I ordered 2 pairs and requested PayPal for payment, it’s good that I ve checked my paypal transactions and they charged me twice(2x) $38.95 & $39.40. For some reasons I suddenly requested paypal to cancel the payments for this company. I can smell fishy about the transactions. SoothRelieve. It’s really annoying that the beginning of the year, you will be scammed, especially scamming a senior 70 years disabled woman. Be ashamed SoothRelieve.

Ordered one pair at 70% off for $17.99. They charged my credit card TWICE for $49 and $24! Their phone number is a non-working number. Then I tried to cancel the order on their site, filled out all the info requested but the link to send is bad. Reported to my credit card company as FRAUD. Basically the same experience as all the other victims.

Ordered 2 pairs and they added an additional 4 to order Kept on trying to contact them and they said did didn’t have copy or record of my e mail address Yet they acknowledge they had removed the additional socks How could they do that when they could find my order ????? I told them I didn’t want the socks but they still sent me socks they don’t fit correctly bottoms rool up when wearing them with shoes A scam stay away from this company
