My mum tried to order one pair of socks for my father. She added one pair to the basket and went to check out and somehow another 4 pairs got added and she was charged. Somehow even though she was placing the order the money came from my account and within 1 hour I cancelled the order, but they decided to process the charge and posted them 2 days later. When I contacted their customer service ‘Clara ‘ informed me due to their quick order processing and dispatch it was too late to be refunded!!!! My bank also blocked my account even before I called them as they suspected suspicious activity!!!! Suspicious company with appalling customer service that scams buyers into ordering extra pairs. Don’t order!!!!!

TOTAL RIPOFF DO NOT ORDER, CANNOT CANCEL OR CALL. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS

How I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company. My experience is the same as virtually every other reviewer.I ordered one pair of socks, my confirmation email showed I'd been charged for four additional pairs. I emailed straight away asking to cancel but didn't get a response until the next day when I was told the order had been processed and shipped, so cancelling wasn't possible. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I have some hope of a refund. This company is nothing short of a scam Imo.

Wish I had read the reviews on this company they are not good to deal with as I wrongly ordered a pair of getsoothrelief and they charged me for two lots I let them know within a couple of hours and they would not credit my account so don't buy from this company . Haven't got any more to say about this company they should be shut down

I like others have been scammed by this company. I wish that I would have taken the time to read the reviews as well. I ordered one pair of their socks and they immediately charged my account for more. I immediately caught the mistake, and tried canceling my order. I like others, received an email stating that the product has already been mailed out, and I was unable to cancel. Then the following day, I received a text stating they had ran out of stock, but they were keeping my order on file. They wanted me to click a link in order that I get my so called, 75% off of my previous order. I feel bad because I felt as though this was an legit business. And the funny thing is, if they would have been honest as well as legit, they would do well. There are many of us in need of products such as this. It's sad how someone such as this company will make it hard for others in being able to help consumers that who will need this. It's hard to know who to trust this days. But for some reason, I WILL NOT LET THIS MATTER PASS! I believe that it's time for us as consumers to make a stand and to reveal these scammers. If there's a way for them to do this to us, there has to be a way that we can put a stop to all of this illegal, unethical crap that's going on around us. We have too many on here with the same complaints, loosing hard earned money, and having it taken away from us all because of our trust. Let's work together at this. Even if we can't stop this company, we can began to stop the next. People like this doing their dirty work, then change their names in order to go and do it again. I'm furious right now. This is totally unacceptable. Plus, I saw an address of 245 S. Oak Creek,Romeoville, IL as a listing as their address. This is not a business. They use false address to do their dirty work. They will be caught. Every bad dead has to come to the light.

Tried to scam my card Was paying for one pair and was charged for 4 Locked the card , changed passwords and reported the fraudulent activity DO NOT deal with this company

31st May 6am, this morning. Seen the ad for soothrelieve socks ordered 1 pair, they stole over $140, extra from me bank account, and added 4 extra pairs??? I want to cancel the order and get me money back, Help!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ORDERED 1 PAIR THEY CHARGED ME FOR 4 PAIRS SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT HELP I CANCELLED THE ORDER STRAIGHT AWAY AFTER REALISING THEY TOOK FOR 4 PAIRS AND IT WOULDNT LET ME CANCEL AFTER SENDING NUMEROUS EMAILS WHIICH HALF THE TIME THEY ARE IGNORED I ONLY PUT 1 STAR ON SO I COULD WARN OTHER PEOPLE BE A 0 FROM ME (BEWARE)
