I cannot rate low enough , I ordered 1 pair received and billed for 4 pairs . I can see I am not the only one to receive this problem. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute in their resolution centre . After I explained this issue to PayPal they decided in favour of the seller . It’s a very dishonest way of treating people and making them pay for items they did not wish or order . I have requested a return address several times with no response . An email from a Johnber says they cannot refund to a PayPal account? I am trying to get both PayPal and this company to respond to my request

I ordered 2 pairs of socks and then another page came on the website that I tried to get out of. Instead it added 4 more socks to my order so now my 30 dollar order is 75 dollars. I have contacted the company and they have refused to help and just tell me I will be happy with them. If ZERO were possible or negative I would leave. BEWARE!

I suggested my Aussie brother-in-law ordered a pair to help his feet neuropathy. When he checked his account he found that he was billed for four pairs (as many of you have also experienced) and also a second big charge for an unsolicited other order. Thanks for your reports as he ordered via PayPal and is contacting them for help. Do not buy from this company!

This company imposes its own rules, presumably invented in a Wildwest saloon. Do not buy from these scumbags. I am reporting them to trading standards & my bank. I thought I was buying 2 pairs of (already overpriced) socks for £20 - they put the price up after ordering & added more items on, charging me £67 in total. How can they even exist under our supposedly stringent anti scam laws? Anyone who works for this shoddy shower - be utterly ashamed! Trust pilot won’t allow me to say what I really think, making me doubt this site’s authenticity & reliability as well.

Similar to previous reviews this company is terrible in terms of how they scam you into ordering more pairs than the one that you order. You need to click off of a "bonus" order or it adds the additional socks AND EXTRA PAYMENT to boost their sales. I immediately contacted them and they said they could not change the order cause it had already been placed. How is that even possible. It is just terrible that a company can do this. A hard lesson to learn for myself with this company's click bait to charge you additional funds. I could possibly try to return them but the return policy is to have the product in the original packaging but you need photos saying why you have to return them and then they can decide whether or not to accept the refund and then you pay to have it returned and send a tracking number and photos and then after they receive the package they might refund you after 14 days. Terrible terrible company stay away. I had to put one star I wouldn't have put any.

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from SoothRelieve! I ordered one pair on FaceBook just to see if they work or not and within minutes had 2 payments taken out of my bank account for over £90.00. I checked my order and it was showing I had ordered 7 pairs!! I contacted them within minutes of the payment being taken from my bank account (debit card unfortunately) and was told it was too late because my order had already been processed (within 2 minutes of placing the order?? Come on!!). A day later I received another email asking me to check the delivery address was correct (so they can change the delivery address but not cancel the order). It's disgusting treatment. What should have cost me £15.95 has now cost me over £100 because they have told me I can send them back but they won't refund the original shipping costs and I have to pay for the return costs. UNBELIEVEABLE!!

WARNING BEWARE I tried to order a set of 4 socks from this website after taking my credit card details I was forced onto a page that tried to make me buy more goods I closed the page only to find out there was an additional $100 charge on my credit card for items I didn't order . I tried to contact them to clear it up but this is obviously a scam they have ran before. Warning this is a con.

I too should have read the reviews about this company....I thought I had ordered one item but ended up charged over$90.00 on my credit card. I was unable to cancel this order as I did not have an order number. I have contacted my bank and hopefully this charge will be deleted after a month but it is very stressfulll to a senior who was acting in good faith. so anything you see advertised on Facebook make sure you investigate it first as it could be too good to be true and you would be out of pocket.
