I originally ordered 1 pair of socks but was charged over $100 for 8 pairs. I immediately reached out to the company to cancel. It took multiple tries to get the order cancelled. I was told no refund was available, then offered 50% off, and finally a refund was given. It was not a super smooth experience. Just glad to have gotten the order refunded.

Scammed!! I hadn’t even completed the transaction, they offered me more socks at discounted price before completion I refused with the no thanks option 3 times, realised it was a scam and tried to go back. I got a notification saying they had taken £52.70, not even the £15 for one pair of socks in my basket. Raised a dispute with PayPal which was closed within 20 min on the side of the merchant because I had authorised it apparently. Contacted mbversus media which is the company name on PayPal, just got a generic email not acknowledging anything I had said. Disgusting!! Spoke to Barclays, who informed me they had also set up a subscription and more money was to come out of my bank. Appealed with PayPal and apparently I have received these socks so they closed the case again. I will also be closing my PayPal account as they are obviously not bothered by this. If you search mbversus media, information comes up regarding scams through PayPal. I don’t have any socks yet! Let’s see. Maria

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS .. they do not work, they are expensive and the company is dishonest. You can get socks (Amazon) that work at 1/2 the price that these people are charging and they work and work well. I bought 2 pair of socks from their website (and size [large as my shoe size is 9] as per their sizing chart on their website) and was told that the order did not go thru, thinking this was a solution to my aching feet, I went to the site and ordered 3 .. I was shocked when I received the order confirmation for the first order .... not only did the order contain the two I ordered, but there were 4 more pairs added to this order .. Almost immediately after reading this confirmation, I got the second order confirmation for 3 and noticed that there was an additional 4 pairs added to this order. This meant that instead of the 3 pairs I wanted, I was now getting 13 pairs (10 more than I wanted) and being charged accordingly. I immediately went to their website found out their instructions on how to "request" a cancellation (within 1/2 hr of the original order) and filled out their order cancellation request. Some time later, I got a notice from them to tell me how efficient their system was and that the order was already on its way .. Interesting efficiency is not effectiveness. I continued to contact the company and finally they came back and offered 50% discount instead of a return, or return which meant repackaging and returning at my expense. The economics of return (which I wanted) indicated that the 50 % was a better option, so I took it. I have since received all 13 large socks and wanted to use them immediately. They did not fit and it was impossible for me to get them on my feet .. I now have 13 pair of useless socks that will get donated or thrown out .. the only positive this was the bag they came in ... DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS .. they do not work, they are expensive and the company is dishonest 10Oct2024 I just saw the companies response and all it did is reinforce how this company is deceitful, and only has the desire to scam their clients .. they indicated that the issue was resolved .. perhaps to them but as I indicated to them, not when I am out well over $100 and have useless product on my hands .. The only option I have is to put them in the garbage .. These people should not be in business ..

Seems as though everyone is reporting the same thing, these people are garbage scammers and by now you would think buyer beware in this obvious scam would be out the window and some governing body would help, nope. They got me to. Warn as many people as you can . And use Amazon, at least you'll get something. Lol

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Total scam. I did receive my refund for the items I did not order, I sent them back but I’m fighting now to get my postage to the USA back. They try to make out that you made a mistake with the order process. I will be contacting the BBC scammers programme, has anyone else done that? SoothRelieve are using an NHS newsletter for their adverts, this should not be happening, as it gives them a certain credence, which I was fooled by. Still so angry.

this company is a rip off..... the first time i bought some they were so tight i couldnt get them on.....the next time I thought I would try one more time....! pair $17.98.....imagine my shock horror to check my acc and find they had taken nearly $100 from my acc.....still have not received them .....not sure how they get away with it but they seem to say i have made an acc with them....and i agreed which I didnt....i gave permission for the one pair thats all....instead they take two amounts.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ordered 1 pair they charged me for 1 pair then billed me again for 5 pairs once I received the invoice within 1 hour of receipt informed them of error and was told they could do nothing as product was being shipped. This is a scam so please be aware. So your all aware I have just received a refund of 58 dollars for the error in my order and have been given the extra 4 pairs free.

Fraud. Scam fishing. Check out the BBB profile. Stay Away. Their reply is BS. They have not replied and don’t respond to emails.
