The customer service has been exceptional. Responses are almost immediate, and I love knowing that support is available 24/7. I communicate directly with my nurse practitioner, and I also meet with a dietitian once a month who helps guide me along the way—making sure I’m getting plenty of protein, drinking enough water, and building healthy habits that I can actually maintain. BEWARE!!!! If you have Anthem Blue Cross and you are trying to get GLPs , you must use Vida connected with your Anthem Blue Coss Blue shield, this place took my insurance card and ran it not once but twice they told me Wegovy was covered & it is but you cannot go through Shapely per BCBS or you won’t get this drug covered!!! It is FREE with Anthem Blue Cross if you use Vida health & none of this staff is a provider of both .I had to go to a new provider & pay another co pay & this company should be sued for misrepresenting , insurance fraud & consumer confusion fraud. They want me to pay another 30 when I had to get my meds someplace else due to their incorrect information . They will be sued it’s a scam !! I have been called about 15 times today looking for 30 dollars & no one cares here it’s a factory . Terrible & avoid this place big scam& fraud !!

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, insurance can sometimes be extremely complicated. We pride ourselves on navigating insurance and are unique in being able to bill insurance for visits. That said, rarely some employer plans route GLP-1s through a specific vendor, which means the medication is only covered that way no matter who prescribes it. GLP1's are truly amazing. Lowered my A1C, lowered my blood pressure, and lost 50 lbs. You do need to do the work too. Eat healthier. Exercise as much as you can. Eat lots of protein so you don't lose muscle. Get your fiber and protein. On a side note... my daughter whom had to use IBF to have a child, got pregnant with their second child on her own while on GLP medication. It's the miracle drug and they keep finds it helps with so much more.
