I had to go a week or more with no medication because it took a week to 10 to receive from pharmacy. Just when I’d get a losing streak going it was shut down because I didn’t receive the medication.

Buyer beware I contacted shapely to inquire about their services the man who answered the phone said $9.00 for the 1st month of services if you join their weight loss program and 49.00 charged each month after for the service + Medication $$ if not covered by insurance. I said I would like to inquire of the program and what it all entails. I was asked for credit card up front and set up a time to meet with an actual representative that lets you know what they offer with this program and to see if I was qualified ..They didn't have an opening that worked for me for almost a month out in order for me to obtain this program information. I finally met with a lady via video chat that explained what the options were and I said I need to know if my insurance covers it before I do anything She agreed to check if It was covered and set a time to call and follow up. Turns out It wasn't covered so I did not sign up. I was totally shocked when I happened to check my credit card statement not only was I billed the initial $9.00 they mentioned as a charge for your 1st month of their program. I also was charged on my credit card another 49.00 for the Initial video chat where they went over the options that they offered in their program.. "but get this they also actually billed my insurance for an office visit for that Initial video chat and also are trying bill me a 30.00 co-pay. This all Seems a bit fraudulent as I hadn't started anything or even established being any type of patient nor agreed to or selected or requested any meds. I'm currently in the process of trying to recover these fees Ive been charged for,.As well as reaching out to my insurance company to let them know what transpired to see what can be done. Hoping for a favorable resolution and my fees fully returned. Im putting out a big Caution sign on this company. I feel very mislead. Also trust pilot has a disclaimer on here about them seems they are May use unsupported invitation methods to get favorable reviews (see below) "We’ve detected that this company may be asking for reviews in a way that Trustpilot doesn’t support. This can lead to bias and compromise the reliability of reviews." Trustpilot provides companies with free and supported methods to send review invitations. These help ensure that reviews are genuine and asked for in a fair, consistent way.

I’ve only just begun working with this company but so far am very impressed. Their website is super easy to navigate as well as thorough in explaining their services, pricing, plan options, etc. Complete transparency (very refreshing and much appreciated). My dedicated PA is Ms. Tran. She is awesome! Very knowledgeable and personable. I am really looking forward to working with her and her team to achieve my weight loss goals in a safe and healthy manner. Really glad I found this company.

Very good value. I was paying much more at a local clinic for my medication. The refill prescriptions are shipped promptly and I’m always notified beforehand when they are due to arrive. I meet with a nurse practitioner once a month via a video chat but they are always available to answer any questions. It is very convenient to use the app and when I have contacted them they respond within minutes. Very pleased with their services and products.

I love Melissa. She was real with me and she listened. I trust her. She answered all my questions. My plan was collaborative.

It’s been hard through the years to lose weight, but Shapely has helped me with taking my weight on a regular basis.
