I love Poppy, it has helped me learn so much about my voice and what I need to do on social media. The team is amazing, always willing to help me be successful. Javier and Sydney have been great with holding my hand throughout the process.

Initially it seemed daunting to jump in. My biggest concern was these tool seem great until you try and personalize it for your brand and they don’t maintain context. Mo immediately emailed after sign up and offered a quick catch up in my time zone to quickly walkthrough their (pretty much) click and start creating templates to connect options for our marketing content workflows. Super happy and lots of resources to get the most out of the tool.

I was literally about to ask Poppy.ai for a refund. Then the onboarding call completely changed my mind. Yup, no kidding. Then the onboarding call changed everything. I came in confused, signed up for the 7-day trial, and after training Poppy with insights about my café (HEY LUCKY CAFE & CO) and personal brand, I was blown away by how fast it could turn my ideas into content - Yes, this was the promise but those workflows can get overwhelming. I did get frustrated when I was charged for an annual plan before I felt ready to commit, so I almost walked away and just asked for a refund. But I decided to take the onboarding call first. That call took me from “all over the place” to creating focused content, carousels, and even planning a more robust webinar. What surprised me most? The content doesn’t feel like another GPT wrote it. It actually sounds like me. My voice, my ideas, my brand. Too awesome not to share or can I gatekeep? :) Poppy turned content creation from overwhelming into something I can actually execute. If you’re a founder or creator sitting on a mountain of ideas but struggling to turn them into content, give Poppy a real chance. Get through the onboarding, train it properly, and then see what it can actually do. I almost walked away. I’m glad I didn’t. Now, let's write and create 100 content and post everyday in minutes!

The on-boarding call is was beyond helpful, and now I know exactly what to do and how to do it without feeling lost about navigating the poppy site. Thank you to the poppy crew for having this on-boarding it really gave me great clarification.
