**Extremely frustrating refund experience** I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Poppy AI, particularly with their customer service and refund process. I requested the cancellation of my annual subscription and a full refund within their stated refund period. I was told that I needed to attend an onboarding call, so I complied and joined the scheduled Google Meet on time. I waited for **30 minutes, but the Poppy representative never showed up**. Their own support team later acknowledged in writing that they had missed my onboarding call. Instead of simply processing my refund, I was repeatedly offered additional credits, a bigger package, and even another year, despite clearly stating several times that **I wanted to cancel and be refunded**. I was then encouraged to book another onboarding call, but their calendar showed **no availability in September**, potentially pushing me beyond the refund period. What frustrates me most is how difficult it has been to get a straightforward refund request handled. I complied with what was asked of me, showed up for the appointment, and repeatedly communicated my decision clearly. At this point, dealing with the refund process has been unnecessarily exhausting. A customer should not have to repeatedly chase a company simply to have a refund request properly addressed. !!!! I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved !!! SARAH

I knew I needed help to understand how to use Poppy AI, but the onboarding call with Olivia was so helpful and I got more than what I expected. I am pretty sure I didn't even make much sense when talking about I am want to use Poppy AI for or even what I am doing, but she managed to make some sense of it and make great suggestions :) And I loved that I can also create landing pages, lead magnets, carousels and more than just scripts. I highly recommend Poppy AI and getting that first call! I left with lots of tips and a script in a human voice that I will be using for my next video!

Onboarding with Killian was great. I had been using Poppy for a while and just never took advantage of the onboarding call. It was so helpful and cleared up some of the mechanics I was doing wrong. More importantly he showed me how Poppy can help me analyze my content and adjust for better performance.

The onboarding made Poppy finally click for me Before the onboarding, I was honestly a little overwhelmed. I already have a lot going on with social media and content creation, and although I had watched some of Poppy’s YouTube tutorials, I still wasn’t completely sure how to use the platform in a way that actually worked for me and my business. The onboarding made a big difference. I had a real light-bulb moment where I finally understood that the quality of what I get from Poppy also depends on the information and context I give it. I now understand much better how to feed it information about my business, my content and what I want to communicate, instead of simply expecting it to generate something for me. The person who did my onboarding was very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and show me how I could use Poppy more effectively for my own social media workflow. I came away from the call feeling much clearer and much less overwhelmed about where to start. I still have a lot to explore and learn, but now I actually understand how to work with Poppy rather than just use it. I would definitely recommend the onboarding to anyone who is new to Poppy or feels overwhelmed by all the possibilities at first.
