Good product with a lot of growing potential. However it really feels they are here to get your money. I didn't want to reconduct my subscription, there is nowhere on their site where you can cancel it. You need to go through their support which makes it super difficult. They also tried to charge my account 10 times over the last month. (generally companies try 4 times and cancel your access) They also used my phone number to contact me via whatsapp to ask me to stay (not sure I agreed to that previously) It is a bit feeling harassed to pay the subscription. Despite originally liking the product and respecting the work behind it, this made me a bit reluctant.
