Hi Santiago, Thanks for your review about your Notion system! I'm sorry to hear that your alerts sometimes take a couple minutes to come through. That timing can be affected by the WiFi signal in the home, the signal to your phone as well as some processing time along the way. Perhaps try switching your phone from mobile data to local WiFi to see if that improves things. Otherwise I'll be in touch with an email to check in. Glad that I decided to get Notion monitoring for my home. The peace of mind is invaluable. I had an issue with alerts and the customer service team was super helpful and very responsive to resolve the problem.

We were introduced to Notion when we purchased our home. Since then, May of this year, we have had a couple of interactions with Notion. In both instances the issues were resolved quickly and with positive results. When we changed from renters insurance to home owners insurance, we were asked by our insurance agent if we had any “smart” devices in our home. Once I mentioned Notion, I found out Notion qualified us for a discount! So not only do we feel safe in our home with Notion, they’re saving us money too!

Hi Scott, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the status reported by your Notion sensor! Our team will be happy to help optimize the configuration to make sure everything is aligned. We will follow up with a direct message to troubleshoot. In the meantime, if you recently added a Notion magnet to your installation, make sure that you re-sync your sensor. In the Notion app, click on the sensor in question and then click on the button that says "Sync Task." Best, Julian @ Notion
