The only issue I have had is with notifications. When using the Samsung Always On display notifications didn't come through until I opened the screen. I did report that before so it might be fixed by now. Otherwise its great not needing a hub and the sensors are pretty reliable. Also the flexibility is great.

There have been glitches when i was getting door open notifications and it wasnt. Waiting on magnet to fix

We've had continuous issues with the door sensors from early on. We've contacted support on more than one occasion. Often not getting a response or slow response. At times when someone was supposed to follow up with us, we've had to reach out to Notion. Notion was supposed to send us a magnet to help with the issues that we've had with false alarms with one of the sensors. The time that it took to receive the magnet was unacceptable. In addition, one of the sensors has had continuous issues where it sends alerts to our phone 10-20 times or more alerting that the door is open when indeed it isn't. We've received alerts that the door has been opened for more than 12 hours when it hasn't been open. We've been awaken in the middle of the night and early morning with false alarms. This has cost us sleep and has been a terrible experience.

Great products and functionality. Gives me peace of mind knowing when my doors and windows are opening and closing. Also let’s me know if I have any leaks witch is awesome. Highly recommend

This system does not work it goes off at all strange times thunderstorms will set it off internet up and down you only get the text about 15 minutes later it would be nice if it worked well

3 additional sensors were ordered. Shipment received in timely manner.

My Notion wouldn't sync my front door so I had to get magnets. They sent me the magnets at no charge and after receiving the magnets so far no more issues
