I repeatedly emailed asking for an update on the package and never got an answer. I was concerned that it may have been scam.

The notion device is a very good idea, but we live on a peninsular and have lots of internet dropouts. To reset the device is a very big pain, I have to reset it at least 3>5 times a week, I would like to see the bridge able to a have cable connection which could help, and the software inside the device needs to have at least a 5 minutes grace before it disconnects. The idea is good but not perfect yet, Because of the bridge problems, I am not sure, I will be re-insuring with Honey anymore.

Not sure what magnets do in the system, but I have had to replace them twice in the short time I've had the system installed.

Liked it until my front door stopped sending me texts with sound when it opens @ night. It hen I got a message that I had to buy a magnet for this to occur again. I did that, installed the magnet per instructions. I think I rec’d a sounded message one time. All the rest are silent messages.

The sensors are ok but I was surprised that they actually don't have motion sensing. It would be good if you could switch motion sensing on for when you go to bed or when you're not home so you can get alerted if there is someone moving around in your house that isn't meant to be there.

Sometimes when I am out of the house it keeps telling me a double locked door is opening & closing all by itself for around 1/2 an hour & has to be recalibrated constantly

Great product but extra sensors can’t be bought in Australia. Other that awesome.

Some initial difficulties with setup, then seemed OK. App updated and required new log-in as old password did not work. Appears to be functioning as expected now.
