Our Play Gloss is more sheer, much softer, and requires a little more caution but is one of our bestsellers, as most of our customers love the sheerness, comfort & resistance to ladders. We are constantly experimenting with the optimal balance of style, comfort, and durability, and each of our products is unique. Unlike others, we do not focus solely on maximizing durability, as we want our tights to be your second skin, rather than being bulletproof. If durability is more important to you, our Semi Opaque can compete with any product on the market, and with our signature seamless waistband, the fit is much more comfortable and feels smoother and softer to the touch. In fact, we are conducting a thorough quality assurance process to ensure that all of our products are as accurate as possible. After reviewing your case, we discovered that last year you ordered 1X/2X rather than large, which is most likely the cause of the problem. Regarding the problem with the new 1X/2X you ordered this year, what you're describing sounds like a product defect, and we're sorry it happened. We created a replacement order for you with a new pair, and we are sure you will love it just as much as last year (actually, our fleece got a little softer this year 😊).
