We were traveling when it arrived. Just arrived home and haven't had time to try it out. Wanted to wait for a time that I could be dedicated to trying it correctly.

Got what I ordered in a speedy amount of time

It took me several e mails back and forth to figure out problem I was having with remotes. Now the new pads are much stronger on the right side then on the left. They "sting" at #6 and before I was up to #13...When I use consistently it seems to help somewhat. I will continue trying to use it.

The unit is essentially a TENS, so I think the real variable here is the exercise intensity and frequency.

Great company and good product, however, my Back pain relief is very temporary.
