Do your research no pads…
Please look around and do some research.the technology is the dame with other companies like neurobelt and relivex.the technology works but you are tied to thus company regarding the pads £45 plus for me £11 delivery the pads and the machine take an age to arrive they dont last long even when the pads or ok which in my case they were not.which puts you back at the start with your recovery having to wait for the new pads to arrive not too mention the extra costs.it will cost you at least £45 every month at the least for pads but with defective or quickly perishing pads more i contacted about 2 pads which did not stick from the first applications there bot winston went back and forward for a few days and then promised replacement pads so i threw the pads out in a communal bin.then finally a human messages and says the bot is only for general queries i explained with my injured back i would struggle to retrieve them.i had to struggle through great pain to retrieve and then sent photos to which the bot winston who was only for general enquiries decided no.i have messeged to speak to someone 3 times and no reply..i would advise neurobelt or similiar ,same technology but only pay once.if you are europe and especially uk i would give a miss .i will be updating this post shortly.NEW UPDATE " finally received a reply.they claim the pads were worn and dirty they had obviously decided not to read the lengthy answer to the questions they asked and guven to they're bot.who after admitting the pads were defective saying they would be replaced and asking if it was the same shipping address i through them in a bin uncovered as they only give you one zip lock bag it was no surprise they were dirty they were lying under food and other substances.they are saying that in "good faith" they will send out more pads but they want me to pay shipping and then i have a 2 to 3 week wait for pads to arrive. There is a problem between individual pads when they give you estimates of 20 to 30 applications and they feel the need to give they're customers "hacks" to make the pads last longer.

Hi Robert, thank you for laying out what happened in such detail. I’m sorry the pad replacement turned into so much back-and-forth, especially that you had to push through discomfort to sort it out. Not hearing back after you’d reached out several times is also not how we want anyone treated. I've sent you a quick email and I'll make sure it gets prompt attention.
