Had an amazing day with Captain Mark on Lake Austin for a bachelorette party. He had a cooler full of ice and waters for us, and made sure we were safe and had a good time. We went to a party cove, floated on a magic carpet, and enjoyed a private tour of Lake Austin. It was an incredible day for the bachelorette and the whole group.

100% Super Awesome platform

We rented a boat in Rio de Janeiro through the platform. The vendor had over 20 boats, so I figured it was a middle man, but nothing to worry to about. We got the date for a group of 20 people, and I paid the full amount. I was contacted by 3 different people at different times who told me they'd be the one taking the communication with me. This was not true because the other 2 people kept texting me with different information. On the day of the boat ride, one of these 3 concierge people called me at 6am and told me that the ride would start at 10am to 2pm. I said, "no, the rent was scheduled from 9am for 6 hours, so 9am to 3pm. She checked and apologized and she asked me if we could start at 9.30. It didnt seem like an unreasonable ask so I said ok. At 1.30 pm the captain tells me that we'll be disembarking soon, I was shocked, so I said we had paid until 3pm. He was also shocked because the middle man had paid him for 5 hours only. It was over an hour of going back and forth on the phone and then he came and told me that the company would reimburse me for the time we didn't get. At that point, I didnt want my guests to see the tension so I decided what was left of the ride. I contacted GetMyBoat. I was told to send pictures of the time of disembarking, which I did. Silence for over a week, nobody replied. Then I filed a complaint on their website. Almost 2 days later I got a refund for 52 usd, much less than the amount for the time not services. NOt to mention all the discomfort dealing with this. They have ways to go managing relationships and making sure their customers have a pleasant experience. I do not recommend it.

We are a charter company that have been working with this site for the past three years We own 7 yachts that are listed on different sites we are a super host and top host in many other sites Keeping up with customer service and good looking yachts and making sure that our customers comes first no matter what We are in the yachting industry for over 30 years and our reputation is extremely important for us So let me say this In every site there is the good and the bad yes I did read some reviews that are not the greatest on this platform but I have to say out of ten of thousand booking you will always get some people that are not happy and they will write up a bad review saying that this company is a scam we have worked with them for three years and I can assure you that they are not Get my boat have treated all our customers with respect and honesty and to care of any issue with any of our customers had in the in boating industry there is a lot of things that can go wrong is everybody know Boats are problems and if you don’t take care of them really well you will run into problems there is both owners and there is both owners some owners keep their boats well maintained and some owners Neglect and it’s just like a car if you neglect you will run into issues and cancellations unfortunately when a boat owner cancels obviously the clients not gonna be very happy and can blame the side itself I highly recommend for anyone who reads this please choose super host boat owners These are the guys that cares make sure that you will get your full service and what your expectations are They care about their status and will work hard to keep it There is always cancellations the boat mean that start in the morning the batteries may have died many reasons why well I’m sure that if you choose correctly and read the reviews of the board owners will most likely will be extremely satisfied within regards to the site they’re good honest responsible site that will take care of their responsibilities For the past three years we have done more than 700 successful Charters Booking with GetMyBoat you’re more than welcome to look at any of our boats in Marina Del Rey ca and read some of the reviews Carver 60 Neptunes 60 Azimut 65 84 Lazzara Newport Beach 70 defevor marina del rey Please look up at every single review I am sure that will answer all your curiosity So my final say Use this platform you are in good hands They are honest good company to book with Be more selective about the boat and the reviews on the boat you’re about to book no about the price Sometimes you get what you paid for You should ask if the board owner is a legal charter company If the boat owner is insured with a commercial policy If the boat owner using a license Captain And if the boat owner has experience trained crew Look for a boat owner status on the platform And look how many time the boats was booked It is just like Airbnb Hopefully this information I just posted will be helpful and once again You can comfortably book with getmyboat doron dahan Happiest ours yachts Marina del rey Newport Beach

Have rented boats twice so far from get my boat, was easy and reliable and fair pricing, great fun for family/kids, without the hassles of owning a boat. Prefer to give business to local folks/captains where I visit rather than renting from big businesses at a premium rate. Thanks.
