doing it online was relatively super easy but I kinda wish that you are able to get a hold of them on the phone if needed because, had a really difficult time reaching them over the phone but they are very good on responding to your email at a reasonable time and the application process was super Duper easy .

First time using and it was great. Received response within 12hrs. process was easy. Questions were answered right away. Customer service was great.

I still have no idea what you people are doing. I have received ZERO in the way of info regarding where I send my payments and you also screwed up my credit rating. It dropped 25 points because of this transaction.

The ONLY reason I didn't go 5 stars is due to the difficulty in reaching a live person. When I started this process, GM told me it was a small department and they answer the phone quickly as opposed to GM where you're on hold for at least a half hour and even then there's no guarantee you'll get someone. The first few times I called this proved to be true (altho ironically the same man I spoke to on those first calls was less than complete and clear in his instructions and description of the process) My 3rd call was the best - Angie spent a long time helping me understand the process and getting things in motion. I believe that was the LAST time I was able to reach a live person. After that all communication was relegated to emails. The people handling those emails were efficient and I feel went out of their way to get everything before the 31st as that's when my lease technically expired. It was a bit nerve racking but in the end it all worked out because most people really tried to get it done.

They made it a very simple process to buy out me leased Chevy.

This experience was outstanding, it's great to be able to receive this type of service totally online, and when I needed to speak to someone (a real person) the customer service out excellent. I just wish I could have gotten a better interest rate.

Short on representatives to respond to inquiries. Still waiting on Welcome Package

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. My only problem was thank heaven I have a daughter is able to help me with all the procedures about scanning forms & printing forms because I cannot do that at my home.
