Initially it was fine uploading…
Initially it was fine uploading documents but my promissory note was sent multiple times despite me signing it earlier and wasn't conveyed properly as to why until I had to ask multiple times. Better coordination was expected.

GM lease customer and purchased…
I was a GM lease customer and purchased my vehicle at end of lease with ease through MODE. The process was easy and staff friendly as well as knowledgeable. GM Lease Dept should recommend MODE as another option to those customers in good standing. I have always been happy with GM Finance and this is just another great reason I recommend GM to friends and family!

I am very happy with my experience with Mode. I wasn't sure how to go about getting my vehicle finance being it was a lease. Mode finance guided me through the process and was always available by phone.
