The difficulty i had with this process…
The difficulty i had with this process is i made 3 requests (e-mails) and left several phone messages for the original purchase terms (interest rate, payment amount and length of loan) that i seen the 1st time at the acceptance time and then had no access to. A week or so later i received paper work requesting a copy of the back of the ID, 2 days or so after i received purchase documents that needed to be signed without any of the purchase term paperwork (interest rate, payment amount and length of loan) and when i went back to find the term paperwork i could not find it or had no access to the documents in which i was not sure of the term of the paperwork i was signing
