In the beginning the process was simple and communication was prompt and clear. However, once I accepted the proposal the whole process was frustrating. It took over a week to send me my promissory note after they received my signed documents . Mode did not communicate with me about the delay !!! I had to call numerous times to get an update. It is now February 2nd and haven’t heard about my registration or plates! I purchased my lease car and my plates expired Jan 31 !! The process and time it takes should of been explained and put into writing!

Initially, I had a difficult time reaching Mode via phone bc I did not have an "Offer Code" to access the online process. Fortunately, I was able to get a direct contact to Mode through GM Financial and was given an Offer Code by a very courteous customer service representative at Mode. Once I received the Offer Code, the online process was wonderful and everything went very smoothly. I am quite pleased with my refinancing process through Mode and will highly recommend their services to my friends and family. Thank you!
